Per\u00f2, de fet, The future \u00e9s una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula sobre l&#8217;espai. Miranda July, escriptora, actriu, directora, artista i tot un seguit d&#8217;etiquetes que provoquen un f\u00e0cil enlla\u00e7 amb el renaixement quan potser \u00e9s que estem davant d&#8217;un plantejament propi dels temps d&#8217;Internet. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nQuan no hi ha manera de referir-se als fets per com es situen dins d&#8217;aquesta successi\u00f3 d&#8217;unitats que anomenem dies, mesos o anys, els distribu\u00efm en diferents espais. Cada un \u00e9s una caixa de sorra aut\u00f2noma, i all\u00f2 que hi succeeix obeeix lleis pr\u00f2pies que poden tenir a veure, o no, amb les maneres de representar que puguin arribar a donar-se a les caixes ve\u00efnes. <\/p>\n<p>Entre aquests par\u00e8ntesis espacials s&#8217;obren, de tant en tant, t\u00fanels que permeten la comunicaci\u00f3 interdimensional, per a la qual es necessari passar per un temps d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 i acordar uns protocols de traducci\u00f3. D&#8217;aquesta manera representa Miranda July la idea del pas del temps en el seu \u00faltim llarg de ficci\u00f3, &#8220;The Future&#8221;. Els diferents episodis d&#8217;excepci\u00f3 pels que els dos protagonistes del filn passen ocorren en la permissiva sincronia que els concedeix la possibilitat d&#8217;obrir-se a la presa de decisions vitals d&#8217;una altra manera incompatibles. <\/p>\n<p>Miranda July torna a sorprendre amb la seva \u00faltima producci\u00f3. Una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula que alguns han catalogat sota l&#8217;etiqueta de com\u00e8dia rom\u00e0ntica, per\u00f2 que creix m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del que aquestes dues paraules puguin significar. Un gat ferit al qual la parella decideix adoptar narra les deslocalitzacions que Sophie (Miranda July) i Jason (Hamish Linklater) experimenten quan, aterrits per l&#8217;arribada del nou membre de la fam\u00edlia, temen haver esgotat les possibilitats de complir els somnis que articulen el seu projecte de vida ideal.<\/p>\n<p>Los Angeles \u00e9s la gal\u00e0xia en qu\u00e8 confronten les unitats espacials discretes que omplen el compte enrere per a l&#8217;adopci\u00f3. Hi coexisteixen, en un temps c\u00edclic, aquestes diferents representacions del que podria haver estat la vida de no haver decidit adoptar un gatet. <\/p>\n<p>La fi dels temps arriba de la pota d&#8217;un fel\u00ed, els amena\u00e7a al for\u00e7ar-los a definir un projecte de vida cap endavant. L&#8217;arribada de PawPaw a casa marcaria, doncs, la fi dels mons d&#8217;excepci\u00f3 i l&#8217;inici del nou relat compartit. Tal i com es veu a la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula, all\u00f2 afectiu nom\u00e9s pot ser pensat avui en relaci\u00f3 a all\u00f2 espacial. L\u00b4al\u00b7lusi\u00f3 als diferents rols possibles del que estima i comparteix implica el canvi d&#8217;escenari. Els relats no poden muntar-se sobre el temps, perqu\u00e8 el temps ja no t\u00e9 la for\u00e7a que es requereix per aguantar-los. <\/p>\n<p>July \u00e9s una artista que ha compr\u00e8s, com es pot veure al llarg de la seva carrera, tant l&#8217;especificitat dels diferents llocs de l&#8217;art com la seva versatilitat. Es posiciona ara com a productora d&#8217;una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula sobre l&#8217;amor, en la qual aborda el treball sobre l&#8217;afectivitat dins de la parella, i la manera en qu\u00e8 avui es pot pensar l&#8217;associaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;amor amb un projecte de vida en com\u00fa. Parla dels l\u00edmits que el m\u00f3n contemporani defineix per aquesta idea moderna. <\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a l&#8217;aparen\u00e7a de la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula, July \u00e9s fidel a l&#8217;estil amb el que t\u00e9 acostumat al seu p\u00fablic, amb un protagonisme clar en la fotografia de la sempre present llum del sud de Calif\u00f2rnia, que d\u00f3na al relat un toc d&#8217;irreal objectivitat. Un gui\u00f3 clarament enunciat per ella, fidel a l&#8217;estil del llenguatge que construeix a la resta del seu treball (tant en la seva producci\u00f3 audiovisual com a les seves instal\u00b7lacions i performances). <\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2, sobretot, Miranda July, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les seves pel\u00b7l\u00edcules, \u00e9s l&#8217;encarnaci\u00f3 actual del misteri de l&#8217;artista multi task, una actualitzaci\u00f3 del mite del totpoder\u00f3s artista multi suport renaixentista. La versi\u00f3 contempor\u00e0nia del relat de l&#8217;home modern com a projecte? Un ideal de l&#8217;emprenedor autosuficient i totpoder\u00f3s que desafia i sorpr\u00e8n el mercat no resignant-se a encaixar en cap dels llenguatges en els quals s&#8217;espera que s&#8217;assenti. \u00c9s, potser, la construcci\u00f3 del seu personatge com a artista el centre de la seva producci\u00f3? <\/p>\n<p>Si Sophie i Jason salten d&#8217;un espai a un altre per poder explorar les versions d&#8217;all\u00f2 afectiu ja que no totes s\u00f3n compatibles en un mateix escenari, July migra d&#8217;un suport a un altre, conven\u00e7uda de l&#8217;especificitat de cada un i vestint, amb aquesta tasca, el centre d&#8217;aquest sistema que \u00e9s ella mateixa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Miranda July estrena el seu segon llarg de ficci\u00f3.
