PARKINEO 17"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Encara a ple sol, la tarda del dia 11 d&#8217;agost la pla\u00e7a del Matadero de Madrid estava plena de cotxes. Un d&#8217;ells, taronja, semblava haver estat tallat per la meitat amb una moto-serra. Un altre, pintat de groc brillant, mostrava el seu interior amb les portes al\u00e7ades cap amunt. Dels m\u00e9s discrets era un Golf la carrosseria granat del qual brillava amb les tonalitats de la purpurina daurada. Els vehicles havien estat prestats pel col\u00b7lectiu de <em>tuneros<\/em> KDD, dedicat a organitzar <em>kedades<\/em> de cotxes, i des de les seves r\u00e0dios es disposaven a punxar les seves sessions vint m\u00fasics i col\u00b7lectius entre els quals estaven Discoteca, Le Parody o Post Club. Comen\u00e7ava aix\u00ed Parkineo 17, un esdeveniment creat per Paula Garc\u00eda-Masedo, Andrea Gonz\u00e1lez i Lorenzo Garc\u00eda-Andrade, que el concebien alhora com a celebraci\u00f3 i com a pe\u00e7a art\u00edstica en la qual, a la manera d&#8217;un ready-made, es traslladava al context art\u00edstic aquesta forma il\u00b7legal de festa que sol ocupar amb m\u00fasica, beguda i reuni\u00f3 al voltant de l\u2019autom\u00f2bil els aparcaments de grans discoteques, zones rurals i perif\u00e8ries urbanes.<\/p>\n<p>A la convocat\u00f2ria, els organitzadors incidien en l&#8217;aspecte espacial, assenyalant que els p\u00e0rquings &#8220;eren i s\u00f3n llocs en qu\u00e8 molts passen m\u00e9s temps i es diverteixen m\u00e9s que en les pr\u00f2pies discoteques&#8221;. Aix\u00ed mateix, ressaltaven l&#8217;activitat multifuncional del cotxe, que en aquests contextos &#8220;es converteix en llit, canviador, discoteca m\u00f2bil, nevera, pista de ball i punt de reuni\u00f3&#8221;. Per\u00f2 si l&#8217;espai va ser el p\u00e0rquing i l&#8217;objecte infraestructural l&#8217;autom\u00f2bil, el m\u00e9s important de Parkineo 17 va ser la comunitat que va fer que tots dos formessin part d&#8217;alguna cosa diferent.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"2648\" height=\"1488\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22432\" src=\"http:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/parkineo-2.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/parkineo-2.png 2648w, https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/parkineo-2-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/parkineo-2-595x334.png 595w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2648px) 100vw, 2648px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Parkineo 17 s&#8217;estava organitzant en un moment d&#8217;indubtable retorn de la cultura rave. En el context espanyol, aquest retorn no pot eludir el referent de la Ruta del Bakalao que, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;anys d&#8217;una demonitzaci\u00f3 que la vinculava a les dretes, est\u00e0 ara sent recuperada en tota la seva complexitat. Tant en la re-escenificaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un fenomen paradigm\u00e0tic dels anys noranta, com en la idea de generar un marc de trobada entre comunitats, Parkineo 17 fa pensar en l&#8217;obra del brit\u00e0nic Jeremy Deller, que tamb\u00e9 ha treballat el tema de la rave a obres com Acid Brass (1997), en la qual una banda d&#8217;instruments de metall interpretava temes d&#8217;acid house. En la l\u00ednia de l&#8217;inter\u00e8s de Deller per la creativitat popular contempor\u00e0nia, a Parkineo 17 els cotxes tunejats van apar\u00e8ixer com creacions potents, que en la seva dimensi\u00f3 escult\u00f2rica van acaparar gran part de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;esdeveniment van acudir els propis tuneros, confluint al voltant dels seus vehicles amb els m\u00fasics i col\u00b7lectius, ajuntant-se tamb\u00e9 amb un p\u00fablic format per persones vinculades al m\u00f3n de l&#8217;art, amics de participants, ve\u00efns i curiosos que van anar apropant-se a la pla\u00e7a. Garc\u00eda-Masedo parla d&#8217;estar &#8220;ajuntant hist\u00f2ries de persones&#8221;, una concepci\u00f3 que ent\u00e9n all\u00f2 arquitect\u00f2nic com a equipament estructural i que es troba aqu\u00ed amb principis lligats a les est\u00e8tiques relacionals. El format de la festa sempre ha estat un bon articulador de difer\u00e8ncies i, en aquest cas, no nom\u00e9s congrega grups diversos sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 integra dues formes diferents d&#8217;entendre la producci\u00f3 d&#8217;espacialitat.<\/p>\n<p>Celebrant-se en l&#8217;estiu de 2017, el Parkineo del Matadero parla tamb\u00e9 d&#8217;un ric entorn de festa m\u00e9s o menys legal que viu un moment d&#8217;auge a Madrid i que, en certa mesura, est\u00e0 protagonitzat per alguns dels m\u00fasics convocats. D&#8217;altra banda, l&#8217;esdeveniment coincideix amb una tend\u00e8ncia a emmarcar la festa dins dels dispositius art\u00edstics a la qual hem assistit en els \u00faltims anys. Despr\u00e9s del gir pedag\u00f2gic, l&#8217;art relacional sembla estar evolucionant cap a all\u00f2 celebratori, entenent la festa com a catalitzador social, performance i art esc\u00e8nica. En el propi entramat art\u00edstic madrileny, aquesta l\u00ednia trobaria ress\u00f2 en creadores com Irene de Andr\u00e9s amb el seu treball al voltant de les discoteques abandonades a Eivissa (<a href=\"http:\/\/irenedeandres.com\/Donde-nada-ocurre\"><em>Festival Club. Where Nothing Happens<\/em><\/a><em>, <\/em>2011-16), \u00a0Ana Esteve, amb els seus v\u00eddeos de ravers (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.anaestevereig.com\/despuesdenuncaja.html\"><em>Despu\u00e9s de Nunca Jam\u00e1s<\/em><\/a><em>, <\/em>2014)\u00a0o de policies <em>perrejant (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.anaestevereig.com\/encierro.html\">Encierro<\/a>, 2010),\u00a0<\/em>o Raisa Maudit, amb performances com <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/133265942\"><em>Twerking para la revoluci\u00f3n<\/em><\/a> (2015).<\/p>\n<p>El t\u00edtol d&#8217;aquest \u00faltim treball resulta significatiu. En el m\u00f3n de la cultura, la festa s&#8217;ha convertit en un s\u00edmbol d&#8217;alliberament corporal potencialment pol\u00edtic. En el seu influent llibre <em>Rabelais y lo canrnavalesco<\/em>, Mikha\u00efl Bakhtin teoritzava \u00e0mpliament sobre el seu potencial revolucionari: el fil\u00f2sof rus associaria el carnaval amb la constituci\u00f3 d&#8217;una col\u00b7lectivitat que propiciaria el contacte lliure i igualitari entre aquelles persones normalment separades per les jerarquies de propietat, professi\u00f3 , edat o classe social. En aquests contextos es produiria un oblit d\u2019all\u00f2 individual, dissolt en el grup, aix\u00ed com un retorn a les funcions f\u00edsiques, en un protagonisme del cos.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la festa i els seus potencials simb\u00f2lics, Parkineo 17 havia convocat l&#8217;est\u00e8tica i els dispositius de la festa, convertint-los en instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 i portant-los al centre art\u00edstic. El gest reflecteix la fascinaci\u00f3 per la cultura rave avui recuperada des de l&#8217;art. Els artistes fantasiegen, s&#8217;influencien i participen d&#8217;aquestes subcultures, alhora que aquestes estan sent reivindicades des de la ind\u00fastria musical i les institucions culturals. En el projecte sembla haver-hi una intenci\u00f3 d&#8217;assenyalar: &#8220;mireu la gent, mireu les seves festes, all\u00ed est\u00e0 l&#8217;art&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"2648\" height=\"1488\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22435\" src=\"http:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/parkineo-4.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/parkineo-4.png 2648w, https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/parkineo-4-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/parkineo-4-595x334.png 595w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2648px) 100vw, 2648px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 a Matadero, Parkineo 17 va acabar d&#8217;hora: el context institucional imposava les seves restriccions hor\u00e0ries. Despr\u00e9s del tancament de la pla\u00e7a, amb les ganes de festa al cos i un sistema de so port\u00e0til, algunes persones van voler ballar sota un pont. Nom\u00e9s arribar, van ser rebuts per la policia, la qual cosa els va fer peregrinar cap a un altre rac\u00f3 al costat del riu Manzanares. All\u00e0 es van trobar amb un grup de persones majorit\u00e0riament procedents de Bol\u00edvia. Uns nois molt joves es preparaven per a la celebraci\u00f3 de la Mare de D\u00e9u de Urkupi\u00f1a de l&#8217;endem\u00e0, i assajaven les seves coreografies a la llum dels fanals, amb vestits brillants. No va trigar a arribar el mateix cotxe patrulla, i amb el to gris de les amenaces va buidar la zona. Aquella nit Madrid estava plena de policia. La festivizaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;espai p\u00fablic es tornava necess\u00e0riament il\u00b7legal, radicalitzant les visions del parkineo i les pr\u00e0ctiques del ball.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Encara a ple sol, la tarda del dia 11 d&#8217;agost la pla\u00e7a del Matadero de Madrid estava plena de cotxes.
