Cadascuna d&#8217;elles tamb\u00e9 podrien apreciar-se des de la concepci\u00f3 de la m\u00e0gia &#8220;simp\u00e0tica&#8221; de Sir James Frazer, com una mena de portal animista a trav\u00e9s del qual s&#8217;invocava la realitzaci\u00f3, una predicci\u00f3, d&#8217;una acci\u00f3 futura, la cacera. Regides pel principi de &#8220;allo que \u00e9s semblant causa quelcom de semblant&#8221;, amb l&#8217;exemple del bruixot\u00a0<em>dayak<\/em> simulant moviments de part en una habitaci\u00f3 propera a la dona que pareix, en el seu cl\u00e0ssic compendi sobre antropologia comparada \u00a0<em>La branca daurada<\/em>, aquelles escenes de ca\u00e7a de bisonts acunen una re\u00f3laci primordial entre l&#8217;hoe i elm\u00f3n que no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s de supervivencia. Un vincle que, en la pr\u00e0ctica art\u00edstica, ha canalitzat de diverses maneres en diferents civilitzacions. Fins i tot en les \u00a0\u00e8poques en les que l&#8217;home va tornar a ser el centre del Cosmos davant la divinitat, el misteri\u00f3s acc\u00e9s a la gl\u00e0ndula pineal, el fam\u00f3s &#8220;Ull de Deu&#8221; encriptat en l&#8217;escena de la creaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;home a la Capella Sixtina per Miquel Angel, aix\u00ed com els retrats de conspiradors que Boticcelli va representar a la Piazza della Signoria com una forma de malefici visual, indiquen que el Renaixement no nom\u00e9s va significar el ren\u00e8ixer de l&#8217;art i els pensaments cl\u00e0ssics, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 el de la simbiologia de la tradicc\u00f3i herm\u00e8tica, la m\u00e0gia i l&#8217;esoterisme. Enfosquits durant la Il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 i la Modernitat, les tradicicions ocultistes ren\u00e9ixen amb el Romanticisme i, un segle despr\u00e9s, amb l&#8217;impuls creacionista, ad\u00e0nic de les avantguardes. I tornarien a flor\u00e8ixer des dels anys cinquanta, d&#8217;acord amb la tesis que l&#8217;actual exposici\u00f3 del CCCB,\u00a0<em>La llum negra.<\/em> <em>Les tradicions secretes en l&#8217;art des dels anyos cinquanta, ens<\/em>\u00a0proposa.<\/p>\n<p>Inspirada en un concepte del sufisme, el corrent eso\u00e8tric de l&#8217;islam xiita, la llum negra representa l&#8217;estadi darrer de l&#8217;\u00e8xtasi m\u00edstic. El recorregut que ens proposa el comissari Enrique Juncosa no es limita a les tradicions esot\u00e8riques de les religions oficials, sin\u00f3 que abasta l&#8217;ampli espectre del misticisme, l&#8217;esoterisme, l&#8217;hermetisme, l&#8217;ocultisme fins a incloure el budisme zen i el tao\u00edsme. La llum negra \u00e9s una met\u00e0fora suficientment ambig\u00fca i abastadora com per a afavorir la il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 barroca, com un sol negre producte de tensions i fins i tot contradiccions, sobre la influ\u00e8ncia d&#8217;aquestes tradicions tan ecl\u00e8ctiques en la pr\u00e0ctica art\u00edstica i contracultural des dels anys cinquanta.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de 350 obres de 48 artistes, aquesta exposici\u00f3 proposa un recorregut cronol\u00f2gic per t\u00e8cniques i formats tan diferents com la pintura, el dibuix, l&#8217;escultura, el cinema, la m\u00fasica, la fotografia i la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3. Juntament amb els artistes consagrats com\u00a0Joseph Beuys, Antoni T\u00e0pies, Barnett Newman o Agnes Martin, conviuen obres de figures a\u00efllades i ins\u00f2lites, com el\u00a0pintor Forrest Best i els seus modestos paisatges de petit format inspirats per Jung o la contempor\u00e0nia Suzanne Treisner fent confluir les noves tecnologies amb el tarot i els sistemes de creences alternatius. La mostra inclou tamb\u00e9 una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;artefactes, llibres, c\u00f2mics i documents de gur\u00fas de la contracultura, aix\u00ed com la simbologia ocultista xifrada en discos pop, rock (Beatles, Bowie, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd) i jazz (Sun Ra) dels 60 i els 70 o els curts dels directors de culte Kenneth Anger i Derek Jarman. \u00a0A m\u00e9s, activitats paral\u00b7leles com Radio \u00c9ter, un podcast radial que invoca les capacitats m\u00e0giques de la r\u00e0dio en els se\u001cus or\u00edgens; el cicle de confer\u00e8ncias que trascendir\u00e0 les fronteres de la ment nomenat &#8220;M\u00e9\u001ds enll\u00e0 de la ra\u00f3&#8221;, l&#8217;Arxiu Xc\u00e8ntric i el cicle de cinema Gandules complementen l&#8217;exposici\u00f3.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_24080\" style=\"width: 577px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-24080\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-24080 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/25-01-Rudolf-Steiner-1920_20Marzo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"567\" height=\"377\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-24080\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Rudolf Steiner: Sense t\u00edtol (Dibuix en pissarra d&#8217;una confer\u00e8ncia de Rudolf Steiner el 20. 03. 1920). Rudolf Steiner Archiv, Dornach<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Amb fidelitat al vincle de mestre i deixeble que texeix la jerarquia interna de les doctrines secretes, l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 gira entorn de la influ\u00e8ncia de cinc gur\u00fas als quals van redir culte i van assenyalar com a font d&#8217;inspiraci\u00f3 la majoria dels artistes exposats: el m\u00edstic armeni\u00a0George Gurdieff, creador de la teosof\u00eda, de qui van ser seguidors tant la mare de l&#8217;esperitisme\u00a0Madame Blavatsky (representada amb \u00a0la sugestiva escultura hiperrealista de l&#8217;artista polaca Goshka Macuga) com Rudolph Steiner, qui va articular ci\u00e8ncia i religi\u00f3 amb la antroposofia com a experi\u00e8ncia de vida total. Seus s\u00f3n els esquemes mentals realitzats damunt pissarra amb guix de colors que s&#8217;exposen al CCCB. A m\u00e9s, les cont\u00ednues refer\u00e8ncies als arquetips i l&#8217;inconscient col\u00b7lectiu de\u00a0Carl Gustav Jung, el psicoanalista que va fer confluir el psicoan\u00e0\u001d\u001d\u013aisi amb l&#8217;esot\u00e8ric i les tradicions filos\u00f2fiques orientals, tamb\u00e9 es mostren primeres edicions, dibuixos i parafern\u00e0lia creats per Aleister Crowley, que potser \u00e9s el satanista m\u00e9s influent de la cultura pop. A aquests cinc &#8220;gur\u00fas&#8221; tamb\u00e9 se suma com a ep\u00edgon el prol\u00edfic\u00a0Alejandro Jodorowsky, que a tav\u00e9s de la psicom\u00e0gia va resucitar el poder transformador d&#8217;algunes pr\u00e0ctiques esot\u00e8riques en les nostres prosaiques vides quotidianes.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, aquesta exposici\u00f3 expressa la rellev\u00e0ncia revisionista de les anomenades cultures primitives i la reivindicaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;art com a m\u00e0gia pr\u00e0ctica i de l&#8217;artista com a bruixos, mag o xaman. Aquesta transmisi\u00f3 de l&#8217;art com a via de coneixement de veritats ocultes, com a canal d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia interior, pot experimentar-se, per exemple, en l&#8217;\u00fanica obra interactiva de l&#8217;exposici\u00f3\u00a0<em>Dream Machine<\/em> (1962) del cineasta dels Estats Units, Brion Gysin. Un artefacte amb el qual, mitjan\u00e7ant una llum projectada en una pantalla girat\u00f2ria, es genera un efecte estrabosc\u00f2pic que animaria una experi\u00e8ncia transcendental, de comuni\u00f3 imstica, de visi\u00f3 superior amb l&#8217;espectador. Malgrat aquesta experi\u00e8ncia est\u00e0 internalitzada per la massificaci\u00f3 dels llums estrobosc\u00f2pics a les discoteques, la recerca d&#8217;aquest artefacte \u00e9s un vestigi de l&#8217;ansietat de la psicod\u00e8lia per fer cap a l&#8217;abisme d&#8217;all\u00f2 que \u00e9s irracional a suspendre els judicis basats en el formalisme \u00a0i el materialisme i experimentar contra la voluntat, aquesta fortalesa del jo de la que renega el polifac\u00e8tic artista i escriptor\u00a0Henri Michaux, en un dels textos que funcionen a manera de declaraci\u00f3 de principis de l&#8217;exposici\u00f3:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Seria erroni creure que, coneixent els camins, podem trobar-los de nou sabent que, havent conegut m\u00f3ns d&#8217;xtasis, vam poder entrar en ells tan com vam voler. De cap manera. La voluntat no compte per res, ni els desitjos conscients.\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Amb una il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 intimista i un ambiente silenci\u00f3s, el recorregut proposat anima l&#8217;espectador a la contemplaci\u00f3 i la reflexi\u00f3 sobre els procesos en els que l&#8217;artista esdev\u00e9 medium i l&#8217;art invocaci\u00f3. No obstant aix\u00f2, si atenem a les obres exposades des dels vuitanta endavant, com les de Terry Winters, Philip Taate, Fred Tommaselli i Wolfang Laib, es fa evident que les darreres d\u00e8cades no gaudeixen de la intensa investigaci\u00f3 espiritual dels per\u00edodes anteriors.
