Podria ser aquest el moment perqu\u00e8 sorgeixi una nova manera d&#8217;imaginar els futurs?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anna Titova<\/strong>: <em>On New Thinking And Other Forgotten Dreams<\/em>\u00a0\u00e9s un punt de trobada, potser una zona d\u2019esbarjo per a diversos temps hist\u00f2rics. Cada moment est\u00e0 ple d&#8217;imatges d&#8217;altres temps, de rastres reals i virtuals de molts fluxos d&#8217;esdeveniments que van tenir lloc o que es van imaginar, suposicions de futurs i passats infeli\u00e7os. El present n\u2019\u00e9s ple d&#8217;aquests temps febles, esborrats i inviables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stanislav Shuripa<\/strong>: Tant la utopia com la dist\u00f2pia semblen ser nom\u00e9s elements d&#8217;aquest \u201cara\u201d planetari multicapa, din\u00e0mic i similar a un altipl\u00e0 que se sent m\u00e9s com un per\u00edode geol\u00f2gic que com un parpelleig. Un dels motius cr\u00edtics en el nostre treball \u00e9s la idea d&#8217;alliberament de les pot\u00e8ncies polifac\u00e8tiques d&#8217;aquest ampli camp del present. Ho fem interrelacionant tres tipus de realitats: la narrativa, la dels objectes i l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;espectador.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D:<\/strong> M&#8217;agrada el terme \u201cm\u00e0gia burocr\u00e0tica\u201d, que sovint utilitzeu per descriure la vostra obra. Podr\u00edeu explicar-nos el significat del vostre treball en Secession i vostra pr\u00e0ctica en general?<\/p>\n<p><strong>AT<\/strong>: Una de les fonts d&#8217;inspiraci\u00f3 per a nosaltres \u00e9s la capacitat de transformar la realitat i produir i aniquilar les coses de manera neta a trav\u00e9s del poder del discurs burocr\u00e0tic. Les paraules produeixen documents; els documents produeixen fets. La burocr\u00e0cia \u00e9s estranya perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s on la m\u00e0xima racionalitat es converteix en una for\u00e7a inconscient, i la t\u00e8cnica es converteix en m\u00e0gia. La nostra feina no \u00e9s aliena a observar i analitzar aquesta m\u00e0gia del llenguatge i la narrativa. Creem les condicions en l&#8217;espai perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;espectador vegi com funciona aquesta m\u00e0gia i la pugui percebre a trav\u00e9s de les nostres tries est\u00e8tiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SS<\/strong>: La ra\u00f3 i la incongru\u00e8ncia es troben en un espai m\u00e9s gran del que es pot anomenar imaginaci\u00f3 institucional. La m\u00e0gia burocr\u00e0tica, com nosaltres l\u2019anomenem, \u00e9s un cas extrem d&#8217;aquesta mena d&#8217;imaginaci\u00f3. Tota instituci\u00f3, gran o petita, estable o fantasmal, t\u00e9 el seu propi lloc, encara que aquest lloc estigui al capdavant dels seus membres. Aquests llocs formen la part actualitzada de l&#8217;espai m\u00e9s gran de l&#8217;imaginari institucional. Aquest tipus de for\u00e7a d&#8217;imaginaci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva \u00e9s caracter\u00edstica del nostre temps. Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una instituci\u00f3? Un lloc \u2013per fictici o abstracte que sigui\u2013 i interaccions repetitives segons algunes regles. Un passatge entre mem\u00f2ria i expectatives, entre interior i exterior. La burocr\u00e0cia \u00e9s l\u2019altre de l&#8217;art en qu\u00e8 tots dos treballen amb m\u00e0gia ling\u00fc\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D:<\/strong> El projecte en Secession forma part de la s\u00e8rie d&#8217;investigacions de l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia sobre canvis dram\u00e0tics en la llengua oficial i les comunicacions de l&#8217;estat rus, el que anomeneu \u201cuna barreja d&#8217;hist\u00e8ria propagandista i discurs burocr\u00e0tic.\u201d Quins altres lliuraments penseu fer en el futur?<\/p>\n<p><strong>AT<\/strong>: El que ens interessa \u00e9s com les comunicacions acoblen la realitat en unir fragments de material, imaginaris, virtuals i d&#8217;altres dimensions. Aix\u00f2 porta a la vida entitats d&#8217;un tipus estrany: postfantomes semireals que es revelen en el social, pol\u00edtic i psicol\u00f2gic. Aquests quasi-subjectes muten i evolucionen imbuint formes burocr\u00e0tiques amb energies d&#8217;identificaci\u00f3 massiva canalitzades per xarxes digitals. Sense una \u00f2ptica especial, aquestes q\u00fcestions fosques no s\u00f3n visibles, nom\u00e9s en s\u00f3n alguns efectes secundaris i ombres: podrien semblar aberracions psicosocials, estupidesa col\u00b7lectiva sobtada o la bogeria del poder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SS<\/strong>: Estem explorant activitats a la zona grisa entre la realitat i la ficci\u00f3. S\u00f3n conjunts de lleng\u00fces, cossos, institucions, fantasies, f\u00f2bies i altres elements. Les mutacions del llenguatge s\u00f3n signes de canvis psicohist\u00f2rics. Pot ser un diagn\u00f2stic general de la teoria contempor\u00e0nia?<\/p>\n<p><strong>SS<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/secession.at\/ausstellung_agency_of_singular_investigations_en\"><em>Lavender Mist of History <\/em><\/a><em>\u00a0<\/em>\u00e9s un diagrama de forces psicohist\u00f2riques que van formar paisatges d&#8217;idees des del comen\u00e7ament de la Perestroika, una onada de reformes democr\u00e0tiques a finals dels anys 80, abans del col\u00b7lapse de la Uni\u00f3 Sovi\u00e8tica. \u00c9s un mapa de la hist\u00f2ria de les xarxes d&#8217;actors ideol\u00f2gics, el temps com a espai de fluxos. En lloc de lleis de la hist\u00f2ria: la mascarada d&#8217;espectres, la col\u00b7lisi\u00f3 de bombolles, murmuris d&#8217;un embolic que desplega la hist\u00f2ria recent com una narrativa de descens i corrupci\u00f3 de l&#8217;impuls alliberador de Perestroika. Es refereix al t\u00edtol d&#8217;una pintura abstracta de Jackson Pollock i a l&#8217;atmosfera inquietant d&#8217;aquells temps atrapats entre els horrors de la Segona Guerra Mundial i les preocupacions de l&#8217;inici de la Guerra Freda. La hist\u00f2ria \u00e9s un n\u00favol asfixiant; aquest sentiment tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s caracter\u00edstic dels nostres temps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AT<\/strong>: Totes les peces incloses en l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 surten d&#8217;una fissura temporal. Els objectes poden ser tant ut\u00f2pics com realistes, contenir experi\u00e8ncia i esperan\u00e7a, diversos passats i futurs. Aquesta temporalitat del mosaic pot comportar certa confusi\u00f3, especialment al principi. La desorientaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un element notable de l&#8217;esperit d&#8217;aquesta \u00e8poca de transici\u00f3. El m\u00f3n ha canviat la seva forma tecnol\u00f2gica de la realitat produ\u00efda pel discurs de l&#8217;era postmoderna cl\u00e0ssica a la realitat orientada a objectes del capitalisme de vigil\u00e0ncia governada per algoritmes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D:<\/strong> Sembla que molts membres de la societat russa van comen\u00e7ar a retirar-se cap a l&#8217;exili \u201cintern\u201d o \u201cpsicol\u00f2gic\u201d, ignorant les not\u00edcies, intentant no seguir l\u2019actualitat i quedant-se \u201cpetits\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AT<\/strong>: Convertir-se en una \u201cpersona petita\u201d \u00e9s una estrat\u00e8gia generalitzada per a fer front a les cat\u00e0strofes. Sovint, la gent no creu que haver escollit aquesta posici\u00f3 volunt\u00e0riament. Al contrari, alguns pensen que \u201c\u00e9s hora de girar-se\u201d i \u201cdescobrir\u201d alguna cosa \u201cinterior\u201d i desapercebuda. \u00c9s com una psico-economia de l&#8217;enriquiment per\u00f2 sota sancions. De fet, \u00e9s l&#8217;entorn adequat per a la reencarnaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta forma cl\u00e0ssica de vida sota l&#8217;autocr\u00e0cia: \u00abpersona petita\u00bb. Sovint \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanica sortida, i fer-se visible o sentir \u00e9s perill\u00f3s. Inicialment, la \u201cpersona petita\u201d era una figura inventada per la literatura russa del segle XIX per parlar de les formes de vida indiscernibles i subalternes, de les persones pobres i alienades, les que formaven part del sistema per\u00f2 no hi tenien cara ni veu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SS<\/strong>: No \u00e9s un car\u00e0cter exclusivament local; es pot trobar a tot arreu. Avui, forma part de la majoria silenciosa, una massa de gent present amagada darrere d&#8217;avatars, noms d&#8217;usuari i adreces IP. Les f\u00e0briques de trols i la post-veritat s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s els efectes m\u00e9s visibles de la telepres\u00e8ncia an\u00f2nima en aquest forat negre social. La \u201cpersona petita\u201d \u00e9s gaireb\u00e9 ning\u00fa i gaireb\u00e9 tothom, el que queda del mega-projecte sovi\u00e8tic de producci\u00f3 d&#8217;una nova ment socialista. Creus que algunes de les al\u00b7lusions existents, principalment d&#8217;esquerres, cap a un \u201cretorn a la natura\u201d es poden considerar estranyament aliades amb aquesta utopia conservadora de dretes?<\/p>\n<p><strong>AT<\/strong>: El llenguatge ho produeix tot: temps, espai, subjectes, objectes. Avui en dia, la producci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s gran, per\u00f2 s&#8217;ha convertit en una cosa habitual. La realitat social, pol\u00edtica i econ\u00f2mica \u00e9s produ\u00efda per molts discursos, des de la ci\u00e8ncia i l&#8217;estat fins a la parla privada amplificada per les xarxes. Estem acostumats a la producci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica i la donem per feta. No obstant aix\u00f2, els temps estan canviant. Un nou nivell de poder de la llengua aporta una nova realitat on el que abans eren productes ling\u00fc\u00edstics es torna aut\u00f2nom i s&#8217;imposa a all\u00e0 on poden arribar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SS<\/strong>: Entrem en una nova fase de la realitat amb lleis generals debilitades i objectes m\u00e9s voluntaristes. Cadascun d&#8217;ells forma el seu petit univers amb normes locals. La representaci\u00f3 de la realitat es fa real i s\u2019amaga de l&#8217;observador, deixant nom\u00e9s les seves qualitats a la vista. Hi ha moltes \u2018natures&#8217;: algunes s\u00f3n del pre-antropoc\u00e8, la revoluci\u00f3 industrial en suprimeix algunes i altres s\u00f3n inhabitables.<em> Cap a la nova terra plana<\/em> es desenvolupa en un dels nostres projectes recents com a part d&#8217;una altra versi\u00f3 de la natura on l&#8217;acceleracionisme es troba amb el turboconservatisme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D:<\/strong> A part de la vostra pr\u00e0ctica, tots dos teniu un paper fonamental a l&#8217;Institut d&#8217;Art Contemporani, potser es pot considerar, fins i tot, la instituci\u00f3 l\u00edder per a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 d&#8217;artistes contemporanis a R\u00fassia. A mesura que el control de la censura al pa\u00eds es fa m\u00e9s estricte di\u00e0riament, com es veu reflectit en el treball dels estudiants?<\/p>\n<p><strong>SS<\/strong>: Primer hauria de presentar l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/icamoscow.ru\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Institute of Contemporary Art (<\/a>Institut d&#8217;Art Contemporani). \u00c9s un programa educatiu independent dirigit i fundat per artistes del cercle del Conceptualisme de Moscou just despr\u00e9s del col\u00b7lapse de la Uni\u00f3 Sovi\u00e8tica. Per facilitar-ho una mica, des del 2022, hem convertit el nostre antic espai d&#8217;exposici\u00f3 ASI en una mena de taller o laboratori, un espai segur perqu\u00e8 els joves artistes es trobin, parlin i experimentin amb la seva pr\u00e0ctica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SS<\/strong>: L&#8217;art s&#8217;ha convertit en una brisa d&#8217;aire pur per a molts. Hi ha un creixent sentit de la implicaci\u00f3, fins i tot de l&#8217;entusiasme dels estudiants i de l&#8217;art jove; cosa que crea una atmosfera fant\u00e0stica. La majoria de les classes s\u00f3n en l\u00ednia, ja que molts estudiants i professors s&#8217;han traslladat a altres pa\u00efsos, per la qual cosa hi ha un alt grau de desterritorialitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Davant la censura i la repressi\u00f3, crec que \u00e9s crucial mantenir el sistema de relacions professionals que ara pot funcionar com una plataforma comuna per a artistes de pensament cr\u00edtic i que m\u00e9s tard podria convertir-se en un dels punts de partida per reconstruir l&#8217;esfera de la producci\u00f3 cultural.
