Treballar amb les vibracions de l\u2019energia que travessa el cos per experimentar com sintonitzar el pensament ac\u00fastic amb all\u00f2 que \u00e9s a fora. Com connectar amb la vulnerabilitat material de l\u2019oce\u00e0?, com parlar des dels afectes del coneixement biol\u00f2gic?, quina \u00e9s l\u2019escala de la respiraci\u00f3 humana?<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/em>(respiraci\u00f3 en\u00e8rgica)<\/p>\n<p>El vast oce\u00e0 Atl\u00e0ntic es recull en un gibrell mar\u00edtim de la costa nord d\u2019Espanya, format per la col\u00b7lisi\u00f3 entre dues plaques tect\u00f2niques, i anomenat mar Cant\u00e0bric. Sobre el litoral c\u00e0lcic d\u2019Ast\u00faries, mirant en direcci\u00f3 contr\u00e0ria al mar, tinc una vista d\u2019un tram de la Serra de Cuera. Penso en Astrida Neimanis escrivint sobre com els nostres cossos en realitat es van formar pel desig de les aig\u00fces que volien arribar a les muntanyes. Des d\u2019aquest horitz\u00f3 roc\u00f3s m\u2019arriben frases de grunyits al nivell del mar. L\u2019acci\u00f3 erosiva de l\u2019onatge, \u00a0animat per les galernes, engrandeixen les cavitats fins a arribar a formar coves en comunicaci\u00f3 amb la fractura vertical. Les onades fan que l\u2019aire i l\u2019aigua que s\u2019acumula en la cova es comprimeixi i surti a gran pressi\u00f3 per l\u2019exterior. Aix\u00ed els bufadors s\u00f3n respiradors de mar, \u201cbramadorius\u201d. La for\u00e7a motriu del diafragma oce\u00e0nic fa retrunyir la laringe dins del pit.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/em>(sssssshhhhhhhhh fff fff fff fff fff sssssshhhhhhhh fff fff fff fff fff)<\/p>\n<p><em>El roman\u00e7 oce\u00e0nic es produeix quan els llavis dels respiradors<br \/>\n<\/em><em>s\u2019apropen l\u2019un a l\u2019altre rebent l\u2019aflu\u00e8ncia de l\u2019oxigen dels cianobacteris<br \/>\n<\/em><em>Amb cada inhalaci\u00f3 ens allunyem de les ribes<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La flu\u00efdesa de la respiraci\u00f3 oce\u00e0nica ens connecta amb la seva vida i la dels seus habitants. Si pogu\u00e9ssim anar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels constrenyiments de la nostra visi\u00f3, veur\u00edem fitopl\u00e0ncton, diminuts organismes que reciclen el CO<sub>2<\/sub> en oxigen, entrella\u00e7ant el nostre al\u00e8 amb el seu. Una connexi\u00f3 significativa amb els nostres avantpassats i el nostre jo aqu\u00e0tic. Pensar en l\u2019escala de la respiraci\u00f3 \u00e9s pensar en el vincle entre el nostre ser individual i el planeta col\u00b7lectiu. Entre l\u2019espai interior i exterior. Els cianobacteris alliberen el que necessitem per viure, prenent la nostra toxicitat. La toxicitat marina cont\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 el rastre de les relacions d\u2019opressi\u00f3 amb altres cossos humans, l\u2019oce\u00e0 \u00e9s un mar de mem\u00f2ria, una subst\u00e0ncia que ret\u00e9 una disparitat de temporalitats. La toxicitat marina tamb\u00e9 ret\u00e9 els \u00e0toms d\u2019aquelles persones que han mort a l\u2019aigua. Com emetre so amb la veu, com sintonitzar el cos amb el mar. Fer de les dues, una, fer de l\u2019intern com de l\u2019extern, i de l\u2019extern com l\u2019intern i el superior com l\u2019inferior, i l\u2019hum\u00e0 com el no hum\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Empeny la mand\u00edbula cap a sota perqu\u00e8 quedi un espai poc com\u00fa entre les dents. Amb la boca tancada, infla el baix ventre. Fica una m\u00e0 a sobre per augmentar la sensaci\u00f3. Inspira i expira pel nas mitjan\u00e7ant un ritme tranquil. Despla\u00e7a l\u2019aire lentament cap a la part posterior de la boca, explorant les seves cavitats. La laringe es transforma en una m\u00e0nega, l\u2019aire viatja com a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una gruta, des de l\u2019abdomen. Tot el cos \u00e9s roca a trav\u00e9s de la qual passa l\u2019aire. Al cap d\u2019una estona d\u2019habitar la respiraci\u00f3 oce\u00e0nica, un lleu ronc comen\u00e7a a ressonar dins la tr\u00e0quea, la inspiraci\u00f3 succeeix com un lament. La forma es fa ferida marina, la paraula un so respirador. El cos ac\u00fastic emergeix, on la respiraci\u00f3 no \u00e9s simplement la manifestaci\u00f3 d\u2019una for\u00e7a vital sin\u00f3 una dimensi\u00f3 radicalment diferent de la cognici\u00f3 oce\u00e0nica.
