Basat en el discurs que va oferir durant el Segon Congr\u00e9s Sionista dos anys abans, Nordau celebrava \u201cun judaisme endurit per la guerra i amant de les armes\u201d propi de l&#8217;era b\u00edblica. Profetes i revolucionaris \u201cque es negaven a acceptar la derrota\u201d (Presner, 2007). La seva meta era clara, posar fi a la imatge del jueu de la di\u00e0spora fr\u00e0gil era una obligaci\u00f3 ideol\u00f2gica. Creia en una mena de canvi d&#8217;imatge; transformar els febles en disposats i capa\u00e7os. Partint del pensament il\u00b7lusori, intensificat per l&#8217;aniquilaci\u00f3 de milions durant l&#8217;Holocaust, el judaisme muscular va degenerar en una s\u00e8rie de patologies. Va deixar de ser una forma d&#8217;afirmaci\u00f3 corporal per esdevenir una arma contundent contra els altres. En aquesta cosmovisi\u00f3, esdevenir poder\u00f3s, ser percebut com a tal i exercir la viol\u00e8ncia no difereixen de l&#8217;autorealitzaci\u00f3. Com aquella imatge radiant que Nordau va concebre d\u00e8cades enrere, els soldats israelians que van cometre atrocitats durant la Nakba, aix\u00ed com en totes les guerres regionals successives que va desencadenar aquest cataclisme, han estat majorit\u00e0riament aclamats com a herois en el seu propi estat-naci\u00f3. Combatents atl\u00e8tics, representats com a figures elegants i atractives. En unir-se a un panorama medi\u00e0tic controlat per l&#8217;estat, el judaisme muscular va assumir una funci\u00f3 visual determinant. Per\u00f2 els cossos vigorosos no eren suficients per ells mateixos per generar consens. Mentre els cossos \u00e0rabs ferits resulten antiest\u00e8tics i de vegades fins i tot s&#8217;evita mirar-los per aquest motiu, els agressors es presenten com a virils i atractius, fins i tot desitjables. Aquesta l\u00f2gica es creua amb el capitalisme tard\u00e0 i la seva mercantilitzaci\u00f3 del jo, fent que el judaisme muscular i el seu paper al genocidi de Gaza tamb\u00e9 arribi a les xarxes socials. En els darrers vint mesos, han aparegut perfils de soldats israelians a Tinder que resulten abominables: imatges de tropes posant amb rifles d&#8217;assalt davant de blocs d&#8217;habitatges destru\u00efts mentre \u201cbusquen relacions serioses\u201d. Usant la psicoan\u00e0lisi freudiana d&#8217;aquestes imatges el simbolisme f\u00e0l\u00b7lic resulta gaireb\u00e9 obvi. Per\u00f2 novament, el m\u00e9s rellevant \u00e9s subratllar com la submissi\u00f3 de l&#8217;altre refor\u00e7a el mateix masclisme. La destrucci\u00f3 de ciutats i poblacions es tradueix en una promesa segura de conquesta sexual a la primera cita al si d&#8217;aquesta cultura militaritzada. Aix\u00ed, la viol\u00e8ncia no difereix gaire del que Eva Illouz i Dana Kaplan van denominar \u00abcapital sexual\u00bb. Aquesta barreja de sexe i viol\u00e8ncia ha fet un gir encara m\u00e9s esgarrif\u00f3s, quan no exhibien els seus propis cossos com a triomfants i poderosos, els soldats israelians es dedicaven a burlar-se de les dones palestines. Van publicar fotografies en les que apareixen amb peces \u00edntimes trobades en apartaments redu\u00efts a runes, rient mentre es posen roba interior sobre els seus uniformes t\u00e0ctics. Per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 podem deduir d&#8217;aquesta forma d&#8217;assetjament, difosa als quatre vents? Per comen\u00e7ar, un dels principals objectius de l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 \u00e9s l&#8217;aniquilaci\u00f3 total de la vida privada. La humiliaci\u00f3 s&#8217;instal\u00b7la a les comunitats palestines en fer tangible la pres\u00e8ncia de soldats. A m\u00e9s, aquesta forma d&#8217;assetjament alimenta la paranoia cap als <a href=\"https:\/\/a-desk.org\/en\/magazine\/trading-cards-with-lives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cossos palestins<\/a> sospitosos que va comen\u00e7ar amb els atacs su\u00efcides dels anys noranta del segle passat i va continuar amb la vigil\u00e0ncia perp\u00e8tua per sat\u00e8l\u00b7lit, els sistemes d&#8217;enregistrament i l&#8217;observaci\u00f3 escrutadora de les torres de control. Desvestir l&#8217;altre es justifica com a mesura de seguretat. Per exemple, fer servir la roba interior de dones an\u00f2nimes com a espectacle. Posar-se el vestit de n\u00favia d&#8217;alg\u00fa que va ser estimat. Col\u00b7locar-se roba \u00edntima d&#8217;una desconeguda sobre l&#8217;equip de combat, esperant ser el graci\u00f3s de l&#8217;escamot o dels amics. Les burles s\u00f3n, en ess\u00e8ncia, una exageraci\u00f3 abusiva amb finalitats c\u00f2miques que busca divertir a costa d&#8217;un altre. La majoria de vegades, els qui es burlen ridiculitzen all\u00f2 que les persones no poden canviar de si mateixes; amb l\u2019impuls d\u2019enlletgir els subjectes de les burles. I aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s gratu\u00eft, i \u00e9s que l&#8217;aparen\u00e7a \u00e9s un dels indicadors m\u00e9s evidents del nostre origen socioecon\u00f2mic i, per tant, un blanc habitual d&#8217;agressi\u00f3. Ja sigui la roba, parts del cos, el color de pell o l&#8217;estructura \u00f2ssia, l&#8217;aspecte f\u00edsic \u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre qui som o com ens presentem i que oferim a tot aquell amb qui ens creuem, inclosos, per descomptat, els potencials agressors. \u00c9s igual que siguin <em>bullies<\/em> a l&#8217;institut o soldats cometent un genocidi; els qui es burlen solen triar trets f\u00edsics aliens i distorsionar-los fins a all\u00f2 grotesc, <em>perqu\u00e8<\/em> aix\u00ed de senzill \u00e9s. S\u00f3n atacs a all\u00f2 visible, una via directa per generar dany personal als qui s\u00f3n ridiculitzats, alhora que eviten tot coneixement significatiu de qui s\u00f3n en realitat.<\/p>\n<p>A difer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;altres formes d&#8217;ab\u00fas que busquen marcar una distinci\u00f3 clara entre agressor i v\u00edctima, la burla \u00e9s singular perqu\u00e8 sol assumir el rol de la persona subjugada. Igual que les imatges de supremacistes fent performances transvestides a Gaza, l&#8217;acci\u00f3 teatral de la imitaci\u00f3 fragmenta el jo en diverses identitats, que s&#8217;alimenten de la disson\u00e0ncia entre si. Aquesta projecci\u00f3 aplana el cam\u00ed perqu\u00e8 els agressors alliberin els seus desitjos carnals fent veure que no els pertanyen. En fer del desig libidinal inseparable de causes violentes, ag\u00e8ncies de models com Alpha Gun Angels han esdevingut un actiu indispensable per legitimar els interessos geopol\u00edtics israelians i la seva ind\u00fastria armament\u00edstica (Goodfriend, 2019). Per\u00f2 des que les nefastes condicions de vida palestines s&#8217;han tornat innegables, la comercialitzaci\u00f3 del judaisme muscular s&#8217;ha hagut de reinventar una vegada m\u00e9s. Els bikinis han estat reempla\u00e7ats per uniformes de combat llestos per a l&#8217;acci\u00f3. Sota el pretext de vendre sexe, es blanqueja el genocidi.
