La instituci\u00f3, a priori garant dels interessos de la res publica, assumeix la responsabilitat de destinar els recursos a all\u00f2 que \u00e9s millor i m\u00e9s convenient, per\u00f2, per a qui, i de quina manera? El museu representa en el m\u00f3n de l\u2019art un lloc on es deposita aquesta missi\u00f3. Una missi\u00f3 a voltes impossible, que la te\u00f2rica holandesa Mieke Bal explica amb el concepte \u201cEnmarcado\u201d[[Bal, Miecke. &#8220;Enmarcado. A conceptos viajeros de las humanidades. Una guia de viaje&#8221;, 2009, Murcia]]. Posar un marc, \u00e9s tancar el per\u00edmetre, i per aix\u00f2 Bal descriu el muntatge d&#8217;una exposici\u00f3 com una \u201cencerrona\u201d (tant de tancament com d&#8217;emboscada). \u00c9s a dir, que el context -el museu, l&#8217;arquitectura, els seus agents, la col\u00b7lecci\u00f3&#8230; -, atrapa les obres en els processos de significaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una mise-en-sc\u00e8ne particular, orquestrada per la malla d&#8217;interessos de la instituci\u00f3. La primera pe\u00e7a que trobem a l&#8217;espai d&#8217;exposici\u00f3 de la biennal \u00e9s una representaci\u00f3 paradigm\u00e0tica de l&#8217;emboscada. Les vinyetes de c\u00f2mic retallades i muntades de Martin Vitaliti, s\u00f3n la trama d&#8217;aquesta xarxa, pr\u00e0cticament buidades d&#8217;imatge i text, es proposen com els paranys dels que s&#8217;ha alliberat el c\u00f2mic per atrapar-hi l&#8217;art.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-7318\" src=\"http:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/xarxa_emboscada_M_Vitaliti.jpg\" alt=\"xarxa_emboscada_M_Vitaliti.jpg\" align=\"left\" width=\"670\" height=\"502\" srcset=\"https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/xarxa_emboscada_M_Vitaliti.jpg 670w, https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/xarxa_emboscada_M_Vitaliti-534x400.jpg 534w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/>La biennal de Lleida, que es pot visitar al Centre d&#8217;art La Panera de Lleida fins el 28 d&#8217;abril, no produeix obra pr\u00f2pia, com fan altres biennals, sin\u00f3 que adquireix obra produ\u00efda. Al costat de les tradicionals cartel\u00b7les que amb fins did\u00e0ctic descriuen les obres, hi ha uns petits cartellets que anuncien les peces com a \u201cObra Adquirida\u201d; s\u00f3n aquestes petites notes, que amb tan sols dues paraules situen immediatament les obres i els seus creadors en una capa diferent dins de l&#8217;estratosfera art\u00edstica. El museu exerceix el poder legitimador i determina qui s\u00f3n els guanyadors; no \u00e9s innovador, no busca el risc, sin\u00f3 que es pronuncia en favor d\u2019artistes amb certa traject\u00f2ria en circuits emergents o m\u00e9s  consolidats, per confirmar-ne el seu inter\u00e8s general.<\/p>\n<p>I \u00e9s que &#8220;el museu sempre arriba tard&#8221;. Aquesta frase pronunciada en un moment de lucidesa per Cristina G\u00f3omez, descriu magn\u00edficament la situaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta biennal que lligada a l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;adquirir obres per a fer col\u00b7lecci\u00f3, confina la seva funci\u00f3 a la tria intu\u00eftiva d\u2019unes peces que un dia ens recordaran \u201cel que va ser\u201d, convertint la visita al museu en una experi\u00e8ncia hist\u00f2rica futurista: estem veient el que la instituci\u00f3 vol que sigui ent\u00e8s i recordat de l\u2019art catal\u00e0 i espanyol contemporani en un futur.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 la situaci\u00f3 actual dels recursos p\u00fablics, no facilita l\u2019objectiu que es proposa la Biennal, i La Panera tamb\u00e9 expressa les dificultats amb que es troba: \u201c[els centres d\u2019art] veuen com  les obres els marxen de les mans per entrar en el mercat art\u00edstic sense tenir possibilitat de retenir-les.\u201d Retenir-les!<\/p>\n<p>Concebre el museu com un congelador no \u00e9s una idea meva. Oriol Vilanova t\u00e9 en aquesta edici\u00f3 varies peces exposades a La Panera, entre les quals \u2018Mausoleus\u2019, un t\u00edtol molt escaient per a la col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de postals de vells museus o gabinets de curiositats. Per\u00f2 el projecte que va fer a La Virreina \u201cElls no poden morir\u201d el 2011, expressa m\u00e9s concretament aquesta idea: un di\u00e0leg entre tres personatges que buscaven la immortalitat, W. Disney, Lenin i Dal\u00ed, tres personatges que, com les obres, s\u00f3n morts. O seguint de nou a Bal, el museu \u00e9s en s\u00ed mateix una emboscada, concedeix la immortalitat, i per tant, el seu contingut \u00e9s mort.<\/p>\n<p>De totes maneres, i tal com expressen des del museu mateix amb la seva queixa, la situaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 canviant. La funci\u00f3 legitimadora del museu sembla que est\u00e0 minvant en conson\u00e0ncia amb la crisis institucional, i est\u00e0 canviant el c\u00e0non de lloc, potser per retornant-lo fora de la instituci\u00f3.
