La seva pot\u00e8ncia rau a haver aconseguit condensar, sota l&#8217;aparen\u00e7a de passadissos buits, oficines infinites i arquitectures deshabitades, una sensibilitat generacional travessada per l&#8217;ansietat, la desorientaci\u00f3 i la p\u00e8rdua de refer\u00e8ncies estables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els textos reunits en aquesta s\u00e8rie parteixen precisament d&#8217;aquesta intu\u00efci\u00f3: que els <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/a-desk.org\/ca\/magazine\/backrooms-el-sinistre-en-lespai-liminal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">backrooms<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no s&#8217;han d&#8217;entendre nom\u00e9s com a fenomen de terror viral, sin\u00f3 com a s\u00edmptoma cultural. L&#8217;arquitectura deixa de funcionar com a refugi o estructura racional per convertir-se en un espai ambigu, susp\u00e8s i profundament psicol\u00f2gic. S\u00f3n escenaris familiars i estranys alhora, on la repetici\u00f3, el buit i l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia produeixen una experi\u00e8ncia propera al sinistre descrit per Freud: all\u00f2 que inquieta perqu\u00e8 deixa entreveure el monstru\u00f3s ocult en la nostra quotidianitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al llarg dels articles, el recorregut ha transitat des de l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi conceptual de la liminalitat fins a la materialitzaci\u00f3 en pr\u00e0ctiques art\u00edstiques que exploren la representaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;espai com a reflex del malestar psicol\u00f2gic. Conceptes com <a href=\"https:\/\/a-desk.org\/ca\/magazine\/els-backrooms-lespai-com-a-simptoma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>no lloc<\/em>, <\/a><\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">junkspace<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">terrain vague<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> han perm\u00e8s comprendre com la contemporane\u00eftat ha produ\u00eft entorns definits pel tr\u00e0nsit permanent, contribuint a l&#8217;erosi\u00f3 de l&#8217;ag\u00e8ncia i la identitat dels qui els habiten. De la mateixa manera, les obres d&#8217;artistes com <a href=\"https:\/\/a-desk.org\/ca\/magazine\/the-backrooms-del-passadis-infinit-al-paisatge-psiquic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Seraf\u00edn \u00c1lvarez, Gregor Schneider o Kay Sage<\/a> han mostrat que aquesta relaci\u00f3 entre arquitectura, buit i psique t\u00e9 una genealogia molt m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia que el mateix fenomen digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquestes idees troben una expansi\u00f3 suggeridora en la <a href=\"https:\/\/a-desk.org\/ca\/?p=76943\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">conversa final amb Eloy Fern\u00e1ndez Porta<\/a>, on els <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">backrooms<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00f3n abordats tamb\u00e9 des de la filosofia i la cr\u00edtica cultural. A trav\u00e9s de refer\u00e8ncies que van des de les presons imagin\u00e0ries de Piranesi, fins a l&#8217;escriptura de Nathaniel Hawthorne o el cinema de David Lynch, la conversa amplia la genealogia d&#8217;aquest imaginari i refor\u00e7a una idea central: que els <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">backrooms <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cristal\u00b7litzen tensions profundes, que travessen el pensament contemporani i reformulen, sota la sensibilitat de l&#8217;era digital, pors que potser venen de molt lluny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest projecte proposa, en definitiva, pensar l&#8217;arquitectura i les seves representacions com a dispositiu emocional, pol\u00edtic i simb\u00f2lic.
