La seva selecci\u00f3, entre la n\u00f2mina d&#8217;artistes en un dels esdeveniments art\u00edstics m\u00e9s importants, va deixar descol\u00b7locats a no pocs en el m\u00f3n de l&#8217;art (especialment aquells que s&#8217;escandalitzen amb les quotes de representaci\u00f3 nacionals; jo mateix em preguntava que com era possible que el seu comissari, Roger-Martin Buergel, convidat pel MACBA llavors, hagu\u00e9s arribat a la conclusi\u00f3 que l&#8217;\u00fanic que li interessava del panorama art\u00edstic de Barcelona era un bon \u00e0pat en un remot restaurant al Cap de Creus, el que era ja una mostra del <a href=\" http:\/\/a-desk.org\/highlights\/Cosmopaletismo-global.html\"> cosmopaletisme<\/a> de qu\u00e8 parlava Eudald Camps fa uns dies). Tamb\u00e9 van quedar at\u00f2nits per l&#8217;elecci\u00f3, per\u00f2 en un sentit invers, des del m\u00f3n de l&#8217;alta cuina: per fi era considerada art. Per\u00f2 el que va quedar m\u00e9s bocabadat de tots va ser Ferran Adri\u00e0. No veia com podia participar; no es veia traslladant el seu restaurant a la llunyana ciutat de Kassel; ni preparant plats p\u00fablicament; ni exhibint fotografies dels seus plats (encara que despr\u00e9s s\u00ed que ho ha fet, actualment es pot visitar a la Somerset House de Londres la mateixa exposici\u00f3 sobre El Bulli que va mostrar-se fa un any al Palau Robert de Barcelona). Aix\u00ed que la seva soluci\u00f3 va ser salom\u00f2nica: el Bulli seguiria fent el mateix durant els 100 dies de la Documenta, la seva participaci\u00f3 consistiria en aix\u00f2, i en convidar a sopar una nit a dos visitants de l&#8217;esdeveniment, triats a l&#8217;atzar cada dia, un avi\u00f3 cap a Girona; un sopar; una nit d&#8217;hotel i de tornada a Kassel amb la panxa plena. Diuen que la cosa en va tenir poc, d\u2019atzarosa, i que en realitat el comissari de la Documenta triava b\u00e9 als convidats.<\/p>\n<p>Ara el centre d&#8217;art <a href=\" http:\/\/www.artssantamonica.cat\/\">Arts Santa M\u00f2nica<\/a> presenta la \u00faltima exposici\u00f3 de l&#8217;actual equip (al marge de cr\u00edtiques sobre aquesta exposici\u00f3 o la programaci\u00f3, insistim que la Conselleria de Cultura hauria d\u2019explicar els motius i fer expl\u00edcit el seu pla per a les arts i la cultura ja), una exposici\u00f3 en qu\u00e8 la cuina torna a ser protagonista: <a href=\" http:\/\/www.artssantamonica.cat\/EXP\/EXPOSICIONS.aspx ? any = 201305 # exposicio84\">&#8220;El somni&#8221; <\/a>. Aquesta vegada \u00e9s el torn dels germans Roca, propietaris del recentment llorejat &#8216;millor restaurant del m\u00f3n&#8217;, el Celler de Can Roca. Inevitable destacar la sort o l&#8217;ast\u00facia en la programaci\u00f3 dels germans Roca, coincidint amb el ress\u00f2 medi\u00e0tic (almenys a Catalunya) del seu premi. A difer\u00e8ncia de Ferran Adri\u00e0, els germans Roca s\u00ed cuinaran al centre d&#8217;art, a l&#8217;exposici\u00f3. Per\u00f2 cuinaran per un selecte grup de dotze convidats, aquests s\u00ed, sense excuses, escollits a dit. S\u00f3n emin\u00e8ncies de diferents \u00e0rees: des el fil\u00f2sof Rafael Argullol, al bi\u00f2leg Ben Lehner, passant per Miquel Barcel\u00f3 i Ferran Adri\u00e0 (el referent). La proposta forma part d&#8217;una \u00f2pera sensorial dirigida per Franc Aleu. Entre les coses que he ent\u00e8s, aquestes dotze emin\u00e8ncies ens transmetran als altres les subtileses de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Com diu el porter tanoca de la s\u00e8rie &#8220;La que se avecina&#8221;, em v\u00e9nen diverses coses a la ment. La primera t\u00e9 a veure amb si \u00e9s l\u00edcit destinar els diners i l&#8217;espai d&#8217;una instituci\u00f3 p\u00fablica a convidar a un sopar exquisit a uns \u2013pocs- escollits. O si aquesta exclusivitat i l&#8217;exclusivitat de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s aviat forma part de l&#8217;actual tend\u00e8ncia, que el neo-conservadorisme galopant aprofita amb l&#8217;excusa de la crisi, per marcar constants difer\u00e8ncies de classe en l&#8217;acc\u00e9s al coneixement, l&#8217;educaci\u00f3, la cultura i en \u00faltim extrem, a la sanitat. La proposta s&#8217;assemblaria a una mena de versi\u00f3 d&#8217;un d&#8217;aquests programes de televisi\u00f3 en els que s&#8217;ensenyen les cases dels rics i ens expliquen qu\u00e8 b\u00e9 que s\u2019hi viu entre jacuzzis; vistes sobre el B\u00f2sfor; servei i acc\u00e9s directe des del p\u00e0rquing a la sala&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, recordo a Antonio Ortega discutir-li una de les seves frases daurades a Dora Garc\u00eda, la que diu &#8220;L&#8217;art \u00e9s per a tots, per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s una elit ho sap&#8221; (El arte es para todos, pero solo una \u00e9lite lo sabe), argumentant que el que passa amb l&#8217;art \u00e9s que \u00e9s minoritari; no elitista, i fent un s\u00edmil esportiu, el comparava amb el car\u00e0cter minoritari dels escacs davant de l\u2019elitista del polo. Ara em sembla que la realitat s&#8217;entesta a donar-li la ra\u00f3 a Dora i llevar-li a l\u2019Antonio. I l&#8217;alta cuina, amb el seu halo d&#8217;exclusivitat i amb la constant recurr\u00e8ncia a la necessitat d&#8217;una sensibilitat elevada i conreada, est\u00e0 jugant un paper determinant en aquesta guerra, la d&#8217;unes pr\u00e0ctiques art\u00edstiques que insisteixen en el seu car\u00e0cter elitista, no nom\u00e9s en les seves formes de presentaci\u00f3 exclusives, sin\u00f3 fins i tot en aquelles m\u00e9s populars, mostrant el que no est\u00e0 ni estar\u00e0 al nostre abast, all\u00f2 que malgrat estar exposat p\u00fablicament t\u00e9 a veure amb una experi\u00e8ncia de possessi\u00f3 que pertany a uns pocs; experi\u00e8ncia marcada per la l\u00ednia de seguretat en els museus i que mostra, una vegada m\u00e9s -com en el cas dels germans Roca en un centre d&#8217;art-, la conniv\u00e8ncia dels productors culturals amb un model que s&#8217;ha oblidat de la cultura i el coneixement com a b\u00e9ns p\u00fablics.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019any 2007 Ferran Adri\u00e0 i el seu, en aquells temps, restaurant El Bulli van ser convidats a participar a la Documenta 12 de Kassel.
