Per assaltar l&#8217;Estudi de la Realitat i tornar a gravar l&#8217;univers. La mostra ens transporta a un m\u00f3n paral\u00b7lel, a l&#8217;altre costat, tal i com Lewis Carroll va escriure a \u2018Al\u00edcia al pa\u00eds de les meravelles\u2019. Podr\u00edem dir que el visitant es converteix en Al\u00edcia i el conill blanc en el factor de temporalitat i ficcionalitat present en tota l&#8217;exposici\u00f3. Un factor que ens guia per aquesta &#8220;via de fugida&#8221; a l&#8217;altra realitat, passant de la figuraci\u00f3 a l&#8217;abstracci\u00f3 i d&#8217;aquesta a la simulaci\u00f3 i a la desaparici\u00f3, per al final del viatge tornar a la nostra realitat actual sent conscients que hi ha altres m\u00f3ns i altres prismes des d&#8217;on mirar-la, per aix\u00ed re-pensar-la i transformar-la.<\/p>\n<p>El t\u00edtol de l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 \u00e9s un clar homenatge a l&#8217;escriptor, artista i cineasta del segle XX William Burroughs. En la seva recerca de noves formes d&#8217;expressi\u00f3 art\u00edstica, alguns m\u00e8todes que va introduir Burroughs s\u00f3n el cut-up, una t\u00e8cnica liter\u00e0ria aleat\u00f2ria (com els collages narratius) en qu\u00e8 un text \u00e9s retallat a l&#8217;atzar en m\u00faltiples fragments i reordenat per crear un nou text sense perdre el sentit d\u2019all\u00f2 relatat. Una possibilitat de fugida pret\u00e9n funcionar de la mateixa manera que la t\u00e8cnica de Burroughs, per\u00f2 aplicada a altres camps diferents del de l&#8217;escriptura: pintura; instal\u00b7laci\u00f3; v\u00eddeo o fotografia.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;exposici\u00f3 ens rep amb l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia sensorial de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 \u2018Dream Machine\u2019, de l&#8217;artista brit\u00e0nic Cerith Wyn Evans. Aquestes m\u00e0quines creen un est\u00edmul visual on les ones alteren l&#8217;activitat cerebral i la ment, incentivant aix\u00ed el somni. Amb aix\u00f2 es pret\u00e9n que, en creuar la cortina que ens oculta &#8220;l&#8217;altre&#8221; espai, ens submergim en un viatge en qu\u00e8 l&#8217;inconscient, la ficci\u00f3 i la fantasia van de la m\u00e0, i que ens torni al punt de partida, a la realitat permanent a la qual tant es refereix Burroughs.<\/p>\n<p>Entrem. I no tardem gaire en adonar-nos que hi ha elements que es repeteixen en tot el recorregut, com els calidoscopis de Luis Camnitzer, els autors retrats d&#8217;Esther Ferrer o els extractes de la biografia de William Burroughs.<\/p>\n<p>Cada calidoscopi apunta a una pe\u00e7a, per\u00f2 quan es mira a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;ell, la imatge es multiplica i fragmenta alhora que anul\u00b7la el significat de la mateixa, &#8220;assassinant&#8221; a la pe\u00e7a, d&#8217;aqu\u00ed el t\u00edtol de l&#8217;obra \u2018Crim Perfecte\u2019. Per la seva banda, \u2018Autoretrat en el temps\u2019, de la s\u00e8rie \u2018El Llibre de les caps\u2019 (1981-2004) d&#8217;Esther Ferrer, \u00e9s tot un viatge circular que fragmenta la linealitat cronol\u00f2gica pr\u00f2pia de l&#8217;obra original per la qual l&#8217;artista ens va mostrant el seu rostre en diferents etapes de la vida i recorre l&#8217;espai expositiu com fan els cut-up de W. Burroughs, la literatura del qual es desplega a les parets de l&#8217;EACC, trencant tota narrativitat lineal i desencadenant. Desplegament que s&#8217;escenifica de nou al cotxe desmembrat de Dami\u00e1n Ortega, \u2018Fantasma\/Ghost\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Avancem i, de la ficci\u00f3 representada per all\u00f2 fantasmag\u00f2ric passem a la ficci\u00f3 polvoritzada de Julieta Aranda, una col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de llibres de ci\u00e8ncia ficci\u00f3 fets pols en el sentit m\u00e9s literal, ja que nom\u00e9s en queda la pols. Aqu\u00ed l&#8217;artista agafa la realitat, la llan\u00e7a a l&#8217;univers i la ref\u00e0, com Burroughs agafa la literatura la llan\u00e7a i la re-escriu.<\/p>\n<p>Davant els paisatges desolats de Paul Pfeiffer, en els que la pres\u00e8ncia de la figura humana queda esborrada; o les fotografies de Paul Graham, \u2018American Nights\u2019, cremades per la sobreexposici\u00f3 de llum, en les que tot rastre hum\u00e0 \u00e9s pr\u00e0cticament invisible, el visitant se sent desorientat en observar el somni americ\u00e0 encegat per la intensa llum.<\/p>\n<p>Treballs com els de Nicolas Robbio amb la seva constel\u00b7laci\u00f3 geom\u00e8trica abstracta o Nicolas Paris i els seus poemes visuals desfragmentats, ens acosten al final del viatge. I a punt de tornar a la realitat, la nostra realitat actual, veiem una llum d&#8217;esperan\u00e7a, una possibilitat, la de \u2018Lo possible\u2019 de Dora Garc\u00eda. Una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 sonora en qu\u00e8 l&#8217;artista proposa una llista de sons trobats a Internet, a trav\u00e9s de la qual el p\u00fablic t\u00e9 la possibilitat de crear i recrear una nova realitat a partir de la seva pr\u00f2pia interpretaci\u00f3. I al costat de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de Dora Garc\u00eda, veiem el v\u00eddeo de Fernando Renes \u2018Tot importa\u2019, amb el lema -Tot importa, Tot canvia, Tot passa, Tot cansa-, una ironia de la pr\u00f2pia vida.<br \/>\nAmb F.Renes arribem a l&#8217;altra banda de la cortina, amb una sorpresa, una obra de Cerith Wyn Evans que no hav\u00edem vist al principi del nostre viatge degut a la seva col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica: VISIBLEINVISIBLE, en qu\u00e8 el seu t\u00edtol ho diu tot.<br \/>\nAquest projecte, agudament comissariat per Agust\u00edn P\u00e9rez Rubio, est\u00e0 organitzat en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el MUSAC i la seva col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 permanent.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-7840\" src=\"http:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/wynevans-visibleinvisible.jpg\" alt=\"b) Cerith Wyn Evans \" align=\"left\" width=\"670\" height=\"329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/wynevans-visibleinvisible.jpg 670w, https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/wynevans-visibleinvisible-595x292.jpg 595w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des del passat 24 de maig i fins el 29 de setembre podr\u00e0 veure\u2019s a Castell\u00f3 l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 de l&#8217;EACC, Espai d&#8217;Art Contemporani de Castell\u00f3: Una possibilitat de fugida.
