Denominador com\u00fa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-7948\" src=\"http:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/eas01.jpg\" alt=\"eas01.jpg\" align=\"left\" width=\"670\" height=\"339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/eas01.jpg 670w, https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/eas01-595x301.jpg 595w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/><br \/>\nDespr\u00e9s de la seva participaci\u00f3 en el projecte que <a href=\" http:\/\/www.thegoma.com\/\">The Goma<\/a> va presentar l&#8217;any passat \u2018Jugada a Tres Bandas\u2019, la portuguesa Ana Santos mostra ara, ja de manera individual, els seus nous treballs a l\u2019espai que la jove galeria madrilenya regenta al carrer del F\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s per posar-se a tremolar quan en introduir-nos en una exposici\u00f3, el seu conjunt ens sedueix i al mateix temps ens sembla senzill, de f\u00e0cil execuci\u00f3. Una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;objectes rescatats del seu des\u00fas i reubicats en forma d&#8217;obres d&#8217;art que ens parlen, ja de forma clara, d&#8217;una nova generaci\u00f3 d&#8217;artistes portuguesos que ens expliquen el seu pa\u00eds d&#8217;una manera subtil, aixecant de les ru\u00efnes un poema de falsa esperan\u00e7a. Esgarrapant els l\u00edmits del desastre en qu\u00e8 sorprenentment la vida t\u00e9 lloc. No cap esperar menys d&#8217;un pa\u00eds que rebenta actes pol\u00edtics cantant a Zeca Afonso. No cap esperar menys de la p\u00e0tria de Pessoa.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;obertura d&#8217;aquesta primera individual d&#8217;Ana Santos a The Goma va coincidir amb els \u00faltims dies de la individual de Mauro Cerqueira a la tamb\u00e9 madrilenya Galeria Heinrich Ehrhardt. Els dos parlen des del profund amor per la seva terra, per\u00f2 sense artificis, amb profund realisme i des de l&#8217;acumulaci\u00f3 dels enderrocs d&#8217;un pa\u00eds fet miques. No \u00e9s molt diferent del nostre. El vostre. Tots hem entrat en barrina en un estat de desgovern, un campi qui pugui que a molts els ha agafat de vacances.<\/p>\n<p>Ana Santos se serveix d&#8217;unes subtils intervencions que l&#8217;allunyen del <em>readymade<\/em>, ja no \u00e9s l&#8217;objecte desubicat, sin\u00f3 el tros de fa\u00e7ana intervingut. No juga al revisionisme <em>povera<\/em>, no hi ha elements fetitxe als quals adscriure\u2019s, sin\u00f3 trobades casuals que es van acumulant, esperant el moment prec\u00eds en qu\u00e8 l&#8217;artista decideixi abordar l&#8217;operaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Plom, guix, goma, alumini, marbre, sorra, cinta adhesiva, fusta, suro i tinta xinesa. Cada objecte \u00e9s de son pare i de sa mare. Podria ser una exposici\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva, una reuni\u00f3 dels joves drapaires portuguesos. Portugal ja no parla un llenguatge amable, ja no sedueix amb les exquisides ru\u00efnes de Pedro Cabrita Reis o Jos\u00e9 Pedro Croft, va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0. Ana Santos realitza mescles impossibles, de curta durada i impossible conservaci\u00f3, que al seu torn ens porten a plantejar-nos quin \u00e9s el paper del col\u00b7leccionista en aquest cas. La pe\u00e7a d&#8217;amables proporcions que viatja a casa inserida en una flamant caixa de pi ja no \u00e9s el cam\u00ed a seguir. Ana Cardoso proposa castells en l&#8217;aire, obres quasi ef\u00edmeres que per altra banda no fugen d\u2019all\u00f2 objectual, m\u00e9s aviat tot el contrari. Podria recordar a l&#8217;arqueologia en qu\u00e8 molts gestos revolucionaris del segle XX s&#8217;han convertit. No seria molt coherent sostreure de les ru\u00efnes peces que es perllonguin en el temps. La ru\u00efna \u00e9s ru\u00efna, \u00e9s canvi constant, com el provocat pels t\u00e8rmits en les obres de Nacho Criado o els \u00e0cids en les teles de Gustav Metzger.<\/p>\n<p>Ho deia quan vaig escriure sobre la <a href=\"http:\/\/a-desk.org\/highlights\/Hi-ha-homes-que-lluiten-un-dia-i.html\">mostra de Mauro Cerqueira<\/a> i ho repeteixo ara, \u00e9s lloable la gosadia d&#8217;algunes galeries que en aquests moments d&#8217;incertesa programen exposicions d&#8217;aquestes caracter\u00edstiques. No \u00e9s una cosa casual, aquest tipus de gestos han estat els que en poc m\u00e9s de dos anys han col\u00b7locat a The Goma en el lloc que ocupa actualment, amb una acurada i molt personal plantilla d&#8217;artistes de primer nivell que en el panorama nacional ha suposat una agradable sorpresa.<\/p>\n<p>Per lligar caps, Ana Santos (Espinho, Portugal, 1982) \u00e9s una de les nou finalistes del premi Novos Artistas 2013 de la Funda\u00e7\u00e3o EDP. La seva obra ha estat exposada individualment a la Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Culturgest, Galeria Nuno Centeno i Galeria Quadrado Azul. Entre les seves col\u00b7lectives destaquen les realitzades a la Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Serralves.<\/p>\n<p>Gens malament per acabar la temporada, per comen\u00e7ar les vacances.
