Segons ha comentat el l\u00edder d&#8217;aquesta agrupaci\u00f3, \u00e9s un recital que reuneix algunes de les lletres que m\u00e9s li agraden d&#8217;altres compositors. Les versions s\u00f3n les protagonistes. Qu\u00e8 suposa apropiar-se de temes de diferent autoria? Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una versi\u00f3 sin\u00f3 la re-articulaci\u00f3 de la mat\u00e8ria prima (musical, art\u00edstica&#8230;) que qui procura donar-li un altre sentit adapta al seu motlle? L&#8217;aposta d&#8217;Antony \u00e9s contundent: tria les peces i les porta \u00edntimament al seu registre vocal ple de matisos.<\/p>\n<p>Les can\u00e7ons que interpreta es converteixen en la posada en escena de les seves recerques: complicitat amb les seves profundes indagacions musicals i emocionals, composici\u00f3 d&#8217;un espai sonor personal\u00edssim que s&#8217;inscriu en cada entonaci\u00f3. A aix\u00f2 cal afegir-li el valor que cedeix als instruments, aconseguint que cada successi\u00f3 r\u00edtmica sigui un fascinant acoblament entre la veu i l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 musical. Antony porta a l&#8217;escenari el desig de transformar l&#8217;atmosfera de la qual forma part, i ho aconsegueix a partir dels continguts i la manera com els interpreta. En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 va oferir al llarg de dues hores nombroses versions, en qu\u00e8 van brillar especialment &#8220;A Child of God&#8221;, &#8220;I will survive&#8221; i algunes de la seva creaci\u00f3, com &#8220;You are my sister&#8221;, &#8220;Cripple and the Starfish&#8221; i &#8220;Cut the World&#8221;, escrita per a la representaci\u00f3 de <a href=\" http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=syKfsb_lsCA\">The Life and Death of Marina Abramovic. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"670\" height=\"377\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/U9a1C1qXHfM\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;apropiaci\u00f3 que fa Antony es vincula amb la seva <em>ars poetica<\/em>: muda la can\u00e7\u00f3 del terreny en el que va cobrar vida i la instal\u00b7la en el seu univers. La manera en qu\u00e8 se submergeix a les versions, el canvi que fa dels ritmes, allunya les peces de la imitaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;original (cas especialment notori, el de <a href=\" http:\/\/www.antonyandthejohnsons.com\/ samples\/CrazyInLoveforWeb1.html\">Crazy in Love<\/a> de Beyonc\u00e9). Despla\u00e7a la idea d&#8217;autoria i revaloritza la interpretaci\u00f3 de la lletra: la reescriu cada vegada que la recita. Una pr\u00e0ctica que fa fins i tot amb les obres de la seva pr\u00f2pia inspiraci\u00f3. La seva m\u00fasica \u00e9s una performance d&#8217;un estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim.<\/p>\n<p>La seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de can\u00e7ons versionades tra\u00e7a un pont entre la col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 escollida per Antony i les atmosferes de la seva po\u00e8tica vital: teatralitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un m\u00f3n diferent on la difer\u00e8ncia i la subversi\u00f3 de g\u00e8neres (musicals, sexuals, art\u00edstics&#8230;) sigui una obertura i no una limitaci\u00f3; fer de l&#8217;assaig una pr\u00e0ctica constant. Potser per aix\u00f2 un dels moments m\u00e9s emotius, fora dels aconseguits en cada interpretaci\u00f3, va ser el que va dedicar a exposar el seu punt de vista sobre la definici\u00f3 que fa de si mateix i el seu entorn. Aquest gest adquireix un car\u00e0cter m\u00e9s simb\u00f2lic que anecd\u00f2tic. En la seva al\u00b7locuci\u00f3 va comentar el seu posicionament, ja conegut, sobre la urg\u00e8ncia de la feminitzaci\u00f3 del m\u00f3n. La necessitat de canviar el sistema patriarcal per un de matriarcal, on es reconegui la dona com l&#8217;origen de la vida.<\/p>\n<p>La part del discurs que m\u00e9s em va estremir va ser la reivindicaci\u00f3 de la seva identitat transg\u00e8nere. Amb subtil ironia va convidar tots els que q\u00fcestionen aquest assumpte a qu\u00e8 beguessin hormones femenines o masculines per trencar les fronteres entre un b\u00e0ndol i un altre. Riures a part, va aprofitar per comentar quant de bo que seria que a les noves generacions els impartissin una assignatura sobre g\u00e8nere, amb deures que impliquessin mudar de pell i de lloc. Aquesta exposici\u00f3 de principis va ampliar l&#8217;atmosfera <em>antonyana<\/em> i va contextualitzar des d&#8217;on concep la seva \u00e0mplia producci\u00f3 musical i art\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>Els \u00e0necs de les llacunes del recinte feien de cor mentre els aplaudiments s&#8217;estenien pels Jardins del Palau de Pedralbes, convertits en un amfiteatre grec en una c\u00e0lida nit d&#8217;estiu. En efecte, obrir amb &#8220;Love me tonight&#8221; va ser m\u00e9s que una declaraci\u00f3 d&#8217;intencions, i encara que no va interpretar <a href=\" http:\/\/www.antonyandthejohnsons.com\/samples\/AW_4WEB.html\">&#8220;Another World&#8221;
