Ambd\u00f3s projectes, del comissari Fernando G\u00f3mez de la Cuesta, s\u00f3n el resultat d&#8217;una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;investigacions al voltant de les paradoxes subjacents en el si de les mal anomenades societats democr\u00e0tiques.<\/p>\n<p>No exempt d&#8217;ironia, el projecte pren visibilitat des de la consci\u00e8ncia de ser part\u00edcip d&#8217;aquest entramat de mentides, paradoxes i fal\u00b7l\u00e0cies universals, en paraules del comissari: Una reflexi\u00f3 cr\u00edtica del primer m\u00f3n realitzada des del primer m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La primera exposici\u00f3, <em>High Society<\/em>, acull el treball de deu artistes i\/o col\u00b7lectius espanyols que coincideixen en haver-se situat en una l\u00ednia creativa que va, necess\u00e0riament, directament a l&#8217;esquerda: les dues plantes del Centre Cultural Pelaires, ocupades per obres de Democracia, Ra\u00fal D\u00edaz Reyes, Cyro Garc\u00eda, Carles Gispert, Kaoru Katayama, Santiago Morilla, Albert Pinya, PSJM i Avelino Sala i Todo por la Praxis, cadascuna d&#8217;elles permet situar l&#8217;interrogant en el present i, ja no \u00e9s q\u00fcesti\u00f3 d\u2019obertura, sin\u00f3 m\u00e9s aviat, de desballestament de moltes de les paradoxes i contradiccions de les que s&#8217;alimenta nostra societat. Cadascuna de les peces se situa al llindar per presentar les ambival\u00e8ncies de l&#8217;aniquilaci\u00f3 social. Endinsar-se en l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 et permet, ineludiblement, pensar en bona part de tot all\u00f2 que avui ens defineix.<\/p>\n<p>Des de postures m\u00e9s po\u00e8tiques ancorades en una reflexi\u00f3 sobre el subjecte i sobre el seu a\u00efllament, com l&#8217;obra de Kaoru Katayama o Avelino Sala, passant pel mural realitzat al terrat per Santiago Morilla o les peces de Cyro Garc\u00eda, PSJM, Todo por la Praxis o Democracia que apel\u00b7len de nou a la controv\u00e8rsia de l&#8217;economia a partir del seu objecte de canvi, \u00e9s a dir, els diners i els seus usos.<\/p>\n<p>De fet, l&#8217;exposici\u00f3, tot i que col\u00b7lectiva, est\u00e0 molt ben plantejada i desenvolupada. Algunes de les peces, ja presentades en ocasions anteriors en motiu de projectes diferents, s&#8217;alimenten unes a les altres i permeten dur a terme una mena de passeig engendrat en l&#8217;esperit cr\u00edtic. Un debat que mantenen obert les pr\u00f2pies obres mitjan\u00e7ant el seu estar en l&#8217;espai, confrontant-se les unes a les altres i ampliant les possibilitats de dur a terme una lectura cr\u00edtica. I, en un altre ordre de discurs, aquell que va dirigit al p\u00fablic, apel\u00b7la directament a l&#8217;espectador. Confrontant-lo, necess\u00e0riament, amb les seves pr\u00f2pies accions, aquelles que v\u00e9nen a definir la seva quotidianitat i els principis que el defineixen a manera d\u2019estendard.<\/p>\n<p>La segona exposici\u00f3 porta per nom <em>Sex, Lies &#038; Photos<\/em>. Com b\u00e9 apunta G\u00f3mez de la Cuesta, des de l&#8217;origen dels temps el sexe ens acompanya, \u00e9s a dir, gaireb\u00e9 tot \u00e9s sexe. A trav\u00e9s de les obres de Carlos Aires, Xisco Bonn\u00edn, Germ\u00e1n G\u00f3mez, Antoni Socias i Marcelo Viquez, es duu a terme una investigaci\u00f3 que no nom\u00e9s q\u00fcestiona la relaci\u00f3 entre sexe i imatge, sin\u00f3 que partint d&#8217;algunes de les tesis freudianes, replanteja el debat assumint aquesta equaci\u00f3 en forma d&#8217;obsessi\u00f3. El fil del discurs es dirigeix cap a la fal\u00b7l\u00e0cia i la mentida, desembocant en una mena de metaf\u00edsica de la carn engendrada en la falsedat i la incertesa.<\/p>\n<p>Encara que les peces que conformen l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 responen b\u00e9 a les tesis plantejades, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s cert, ja que parlem de sexe, que la dona t\u00e9 bastant a dir sobre tot aix\u00f2.
