Acabats de luxe per a un artefacte-recipient destinat a un \u00e9sser estilitzat. Una model vestida es relaxa sota uns uns dolls d&#8217;aigua mentre alg\u00fa remou vegetals al taulell. El p\u00fablic ho va rebre amb sorpresa, fascinat i pertorbat pel seu desvergonyiment hipn\u00f2tic.<\/p>\n<p>La correspond\u00e8ncia entre espai interior i subjectivitat, s&#8217;amplia per abastar arquitectura i cos, disseny i gest, espai dom\u00e8stic i codi social. De la <em>domus<\/em> llatina deriva la casa-jard\u00ed, la propietat entesa com a dominaci\u00f3 i explotaci\u00f3 dels recursos materials i humans, per una elit encarnada pel <em>patres<\/em> (home-amo) i la <em>domina<\/em> (dona-dominadora). El patrimoni-possessi\u00f3 diferenciat del matrimoni-reproducci\u00f3. Els lars que amb la seva mirada vigilen l&#8217;esdevenir de la casa. La construcci\u00f3 de l&#8217;espai dom\u00e8stic sota coordenades de classe i poder ve dirigida per una planificaci\u00f3 humana que sobrepassa la dimensi\u00f3 de la llar per a incloure la urbs. El <em>cardus<\/em> i el <em>decumanus<\/em> del campament militar aplicat a les col\u00f2nies, la classificaci\u00f3 gremial, les <em>insulae<\/em> barates per als arrendataris que s&#8217;amuntegaven a la Roma Imperial. A <em>El sexo y el espanto<\/em> (2005), Pascal Quingard dissecciona la vil\u00b7la romana com a estructura mnemot\u00e8cnica des d&#8217;on practicar la mem\u00f2ria i la memoritzaci\u00f3, cada habitaci\u00f3, un episodi de vida, cada porta i mur, una pauta per a la literatura oral. A la vila allunyada rau l&#8217;ideal de vida aut\u00e0rquica, origen de l&#8217;impuls vacacional, l\u2019assumir una altra vida en un altre lloc, el ser diferent a la casa estival.<\/p>\n<p>La domesticaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;entorn, la selecci\u00f3 i el control de la gen\u00e8tica (animal-vegetal-humana), i l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 sistem\u00e0tica de qualsevol indici d&#8217;alteritat, resist\u00e8ncia, o subversi\u00f3 contra l&#8217;oligopoli de la moral, la riquesa i el coneixement, marca la planificaci\u00f3 ideol\u00f2gica del desenvolupament. Manfredo Tafuri va fer un rep\u00e0s a <em>Arquitectura i utopia, disseny i desenvolupament capitalista<\/em> (1973) a l&#8217;arquitectura de la il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3, en un nou equilibri entre instrument social i <em>ci\u00e8ncia de les sensacions<\/em>, entre un estudi centrat en les tipologies, i la invenci\u00f3 <em>ex novo<\/em> d&#8217;una nova realitat p\u00fablica. D&#8217;un costat la transmissi\u00f3 de formes, de l&#8217;altra, la visi\u00f3 ut\u00f2pica d&#8217;una reformulaci\u00f3 total i unit\u00e0ria. Dos impulsos que s&#8217;entremesclen en la producci\u00f3 d&#8217;edificis i l&#8217;ordenament de l&#8217;espai, i que Le Corbusier va exemplificar amb el <em>Pavillon de l&#8217;Esperit Nouveau<\/em>, un projecte revisat en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissinstitute.net\/exhibition\/swiss-institute-annual-architecture-and-design-series-second-edition-pavillon-de-lesprit-nouveau-a-21st-century-show-home-curated-by-felix-burrichter\/\">una mostra recent<\/a> al Swiss Institute de Nova York. Els principis de la casa-m\u00e0quina i de la reciprocitat entre productes i vides estandarditzades que Le Corbusier va proposar el 1925, serveixen ara, 90 anys m\u00e9s tard, per presentar nous materials sint\u00e8tics i situar la domesticitat en un desert de vigil\u00e0ncia i evasi\u00f3 gr\u00e0cies al verd del croma.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-9306\" src=\"http:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/SI_Arch_DesignII_WEB_22.jpg\" alt=\"b) cortes\u00c3\u00ada de Swiss Institute New York.\" align=\"left\" width=\"670\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/SI_Arch_DesignII_WEB_22.jpg 670w, https:\/\/a-desk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/SI_Arch_DesignII_WEB_22-523x400.jpg 523w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>All\u00f2 dom\u00e8stic \u00e9s el domini d\u2019all\u00f2 salvatge, aix\u00ed com del bosc \u00e9s la ruptura del que \u00e9s dom\u00e8stic, ent\u00e8s com h\u00e0bi\/tat\/t (estatge-conducta). Quan al 1938 Le Corbusier envaeix E.1027, la casa d&#8217;estiueig dissenyada per Eileen Gray a Roquebrune &#8211; Cap Martin, els seus murals es converteixen en marques de mascle alfa. Beatriz Colomina a <em>Battle Lines: E.1027<\/em>, veu en aix\u00f2 un acte de colonitzaci\u00f3; Jeanneret passeja la seva nuesa, dibuixa dones algerianes &#8211; amb esv\u00e0stica inclosa &#8211; apropiant-se de l&#8217;arquitectura, i desbancant Gray del seu espai \u00edntim. Una re-senyalitzaci\u00f3 que va acabar anys m\u00e9s tard &#8211; despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 a trets pels nazis &#8211; amb la construcci\u00f3 del <em>Cabannon<\/em> i de la <em>Unit\u00e9 de Camping<\/em>. Si la casa de Gray \u00e9s un exemple de permeabilitat org\u00e0nica, els m\u00f2duls corbusians, coves per silvestres.<\/p>\n<p>De la unitat habitacional, al bloc, a la ciutat enjardinada, a la <em>banlieue<\/em> de Par\u00eds, la l\u00ednia \u00e9s coneguda. Els mega-suburbis-abocadors de generacions perdudes, els micro-apartaments del lumpen-precariat, les habitacions-b\u00fanquer dels hikikomori (adolescents reclosos en un m\u00f3n virtual), els campaments de refugiats de guerres i cat\u00e0strofes clim\u00e0tiques (la Jungla de Calais), els pisos compartits per obligats adolescents eterns, la Airbnb-itzaci\u00f3 de la llar, i els pisos robats dels que esperen el desnonament immediat, es contraposen a les urbanitzacions residencials acordonades, i als d\u00faplex c\u00e8ntrics de la neo-burgesia globalitzada (432 Park Ave). Aquestes s\u00f3n les formes de viure esteses &#8211; presents i futures &#8211; per les zones de l&#8217;Atl\u00e0ntic TTIP i del Pac\u00edfic TPP. L&#8217;estandarditzaci\u00f3 de mobles, edificis, experi\u00e8ncies, accessoris i records, propicia un discurs de resist\u00e8ncia contra els efectes des-personalitzadors. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moma.org\/explore\/multimedia\/videos\/235\/1158\">IKEA Desobedients<\/a> ,d&#8217;Andr\u00e9s Jaque, va ser la primera performance adquirida el 2012 pel departament d&#8217;arquitectura i disseny del MoMA. En ella un grup de ciutadans seleccionats habiten una estructura constru\u00efda a partir de productes IKEA <em>hackejats<\/em> i mostren les seves rutines i alteritats a les normes-conductes codificades a partir dels mass-mobles suecs.<\/p>\n<p>Si la casa moderna era l&#8217;espai de l&#8217;explotaci\u00f3 de la dona, materialitzat en la cuina i els electrodom\u00e8stics, la casa que ve sofisticar\u00e0 el proc\u00e9s per incloure tots els subjectes i g\u00e8neres. L&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de les <em>smart houses<\/em> i l&#8217;internet de les coses, alteraran l&#8217;espai dom\u00e8stic situant-lo en un espai vigilat i en el qual la producci\u00f3 de dades ser\u00e0 absorbida per companyies prove\u00efdores de serveis, assegurances, i productes. Despla\u00e7ant a l&#8217;hum\u00e0 com \u00fanica entitat pensant, productora de mem\u00f2ria i actor principal per sobre dels altres objectes. La <em>domus<\/em> domesticadora ser\u00e0 un proc\u00e9s continu de generaci\u00f3 i processament de dades que &#8211; similar al que Luciana Parisi suggereix sobre disseny computacional &#8211; permetr\u00e0 evolucionar sobre la seva mateixa ra\u00f3 logar\u00edtmica, adaptant-se als fluxos i accelerant aix\u00ed la seva arquitectura aut\u00f2noma, determinant, anticipant, i solucionant a un ritme impredictible.<\/p>\n<p>A <em>Heroes<\/em>, d&#8217;aquest mateix any, Franco &#8216;Bifo&#8217; Berardi diagnostica al subjecte de la &#8220;neuro-explotaci\u00f3&#8221;. La fragmentaci\u00f3 del treball en unitats produ\u00efdes per individus separats i distribu\u00efdes en l\u00ednia, la disposici\u00f3 permanent m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d&#8217;horaris convencionals, i la desprotecci\u00f3 del treballador, s\u00f3n algunes de les pautes que constitueixen a aquest \u00e9sser emmarcat en din\u00e0miques mentals de competitivitat, est\u00edmul, i atenci\u00f3. &#8220;La precarietat \u00e9s el desert del m\u00f3n retornat a la jungla&#8221;. L&#8217;estat salvatge pren aqu\u00ed el sentit d&#8217;invasi\u00f3 de qualsevol aspecte i espai de la vida social i domesticada, seguint a Jonathan Crary a 24\/7, el llit i el son s\u00f3n (encara?) Els \u00faltims reductes davant les hordes del capital. Bifo situa al cervell i la neuro-plasticitat com el camp de batalla entre el matrix bio-financer i els treballadors cognitius en xarxa aut\u00f2noma. La crisi encetada el 2008 t\u00e9 com a finalitat devaluar el treball per disminuir els subjectes, intervenint en la seva intimitat i imaginaci\u00f3, la seva capacitat de vida, que nom\u00e9s pot existir en l&#8217;endeutament i aix\u00ed plegar-se a les condicions dels mercats.
